when i purchase reliance gsm . reliance committed me that mobile no is valid for life time but suddenly this no all services deactivate instantly .

Smart GSM — Un necessary money deduct for autometically activated

Unnecessarily smart mobile services activated CRBT service to senior citizen mobile though she does not register for this service. Coustemer care totally misbehave and did not take any complain in this account. The service Deduct Rs/-30 for this service and The company unnecessarily deduct the money after recharge of top-up 50. I want my money back and stop the service. The Company suddenly Inform us through a service sms from 51234 on the date 14/12/09 after recharge of top-up 50. Hope company will review the problem and solve it as soon as possible.
