[Resolved] Snapdeal — CASH CLAIM for MOBILE purchase | |||
Reg : Cash back claim from Snapdeal I ordered a Micromax canvas 2 A110 Mobile for Rs.10500 on March 31 2013 in SNAPDEAL.COM. Order No:[protected]. It was delivered to me on Apr 4 2013. Immediately next day on Apr 5, it got burst. It would have damaged my ears. Luckily i escaped. I registered complaint to snapdeal immediately on Apr 6th. Complaint No : 1921053. I followed a long procedures they advised me and still now struggling a lot to get my cash back. They are really irresponsible on customers money and they are taking their own time still now. No proper response still on my claim. Kindly if possible, take the maximum action and help on my claim. I have all documents to proceed via consumer court.
