THE PRODUCT REDELIVERED TO ME IS DAMAGED ,INVOICE IS OF PREVIOUS DELIVERED PRODUCT,SEAL OF THE PRODUCT PACKET IS MISSING , ACCESSORIES ARE HAPHAZARDLY PLACED IN BOX. NON DELIVERING O[censored]CB WATCH. TI CALLED AND EMAIL SO MANY TIMES AND THEY TOLD ME TO GET REPAIR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT ,AND NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY ALONG WITH COURIER CHARGES.THEY ARE CHEATING. TAKE ACTIONS AGAINST THEM.

P[protected] WHICH CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS (1)PANASONIC FH8 DIGITAL CAMERA (SERIAL NO WP2HB001049) (2) PANASONIC CARRY BAG (3)PANASONIC 4GB SDCARD (4)PANASONIC CD ROM (5) PANASONIC BATTERY BACK (6)AC ADAPTOR (7)USB CONNECTION CABLE (8)HAND STRAP (9)OPERATING BOOKLET (10)WARRANTY CARD (11)INVOICE BILL PHOTOCOPY (AFTER DISCUSSION WITH CUSTOMER CARE ON PHONE ON 13 OCTOBER 2012) THROUGH BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LIMITED ON 13 OCTOBER 2012 AT 5:00 PM WITH TOTAL CHARGES OF RS 150 .(THE SNAP OF WHICH I ATTACHED WITH LIST OF TOTAL 11 ITEMS) SERIAL NO. OF COURIER IS[protected]

MY COMPLAINTS ARE FOLLOWING (1) LCD OF CAMERA IS DEFECTIVE A LARGE "V" SHAPE BLACK COLORED OPACITY ON UPPER LEFT SIDE OF SCREEN IN ON MODE MOST VISIBLE ON 5X ZOOM AGAINST WHITE BACKGROUND.
(2) UCB WATCH IN THE ORDER WAS MISSING.

I HAVE ATTACHED THE FOLDER WHICH CONTAINS THE SNAPS OF MY INVOICE, BLAZEFLASH COURIER COPY,11 PRODUCT LIST ,DEFECTIVE LCD PANEL OF CAMERA FRONT AND BACK VIEW.

MY REQUEST IS TO PROVIDE ME THE SEALED PACKED NEW NON DEFECTIVE PANASONIC FH8 DIGITAL CAMERA RED AND NOT PROVIDE ME THE REPAIRED PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE RETURNED YOU . I[censored] CANNOT DO THE SAME PLEASE REFUND MY WHOLE PAYMENT ALONG WITH COURIER CHARGES

SECONDLY PROVIDE ME THE WATCH WHICH WAS MISSING IN MY ORDER

HOPEFULLY YOU WILL NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1- 2 DAYS IN SOLVING THE COMPLAINTS AS I AM A SURGEON PURCHASED CAMERA FOR MY THESIS WORK WHICH I HAVE TO SUMMIT IN NEXT FEW DAYS . AND HAVE GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH YOU FIRST TIME AS WELL AS IN FUTURE TOO.

this is to inform u that these are d snaps of d damaged product u delivered to me and i will not accept this damage product in any case .refund my money in addition to courier charges and return my time which i spend in doing all these email s and phone calls . the scratch on product extend from left side to the mode switch on the right. and there was no seal on the product box

I am no longer interested in using Snapdeal.com, I have had it with their RIDICULOUS refund policy, they have simply stolen my money!

Please, expats out there, do NOT use Snapdeal, because if there is a problem with your product they will drag their feet, frustrate you, and on top of that, you lose. It took SEVEN WEEKS after several emails and phone calls to them for them to finally send a refund cheque, one in which I told them I would not be able to use because I do not have a local account to which the cheque has to be lodged. I asked them to give me a refund in the form of a coupon/voucher to use on their website, but they insisted that only cheques are offered for CODs. I asked if the cheque can be cashed since I don't have a local bank account, and they ignored my question in several emails. Now I have this cheque which is of no use to me.

What tops it off is that a Snapdeal agent earlier today (after I went to the bank) told me I would have to send back the refund cheque to them, at MY OWN EXPENSE, then they will apply credit to my Snapdeal account, the VERY THING I requested they do instead, and I asked before they prepared and dispatched the cheque, they knew full well of my concern, yet they ignored me.

So frankly they STOLE from me! No more SNAPDEAL! I have OPTIONS!!! Thanks Flipkart, Jabong.com, Babyoye, Urban Touch, Firstcry...and the list goes on!

Snapdeal please close my account as I see no option on the website for me to do so other than to unsubscribe SMS, and do not send me any more email offers either!
