[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Size Exchange

I ordered a top from snap deal on 27th of nov and i got the delivery on 7th of dec in my office which had got closed by that time as it was friday. so i got the parcel on mon that was on 10th of dec when later in night i found out that the size is not fitting and i called the customer care on wed mor that is 12th of dec for exchange.The lady is so rudely saying that it cannot be done as its delivered on 7th dec nly and 2 days are already over.What kind of customer service is that?I am just asking for an exchange that time there policy is saying it cannot be done and what about the more than 10 dayss thy took to deliver the parcel when ut was said it ll be one n jst 2 to 4 wrking days.Snap deal is a very customer unfriendly site and its genuine that it ll take some time to realize that the size is fitting.I am never going to use this site again.The customer care people are soo rude and not at all interested in listing to what customer has to say.Please avoid this site.
