[Resolved] Snapdeal — Snapdeal Cheated by Second Hand and Refurbished Laptop and not replying Emails | |
Dear Sir, I ordered an New Dell Inspiron 15 N5050 Laptop from Snapdeal.com on May 24, 2013 (ORDER ID ORDER ID [protected]) for 20,999 INR. Snapdeal Delivered me Laptop on May 28, 2013. I am very shocked to see the product. I order an New product from the company. Their company/Merchant ship me Pre-used product. The product is box opened, having Scratches and further it is Refurbished laptop and sticker of Refurbished Status is also posted to bottom of laptop by Care solutions Unlimited Company. This is Open Market cheating. Snapdeal is cheating customers sending Secondhand and Refurbished products. The service Tag of Laptop is B3GJQR1 showing shipment date of 15 July 2012 at Dell Support Website and no warranty attach to the laptop. Since Its an Refurbished Laptop, So there may be duplicate parts also inside the laptop. The Adapter and Battery are looking Duplicate (Unbranded/Not Dell Original) and were made in china and their is no User Manual with the Product.... Please help me in getting the Issue Resolved...I already email to Snapdeal, but there is no reply from them till now... Thank You... Harsh Pratap Singh....
