Snapdeal.com — Cheating and Non-refund | |||
I have purchsed Lemon P3 mobile on 15th November 2012 through SnapDeal.com vide order No:[protected] [Request no: 1338333]. I received the product on 22nd Nov 2012. I found that the product was faulty. I returned the product on 22nd Nov 2012 via Bluedart [AW No: [protected]]. They received the item. Afterwards, there is no reply for my mails. Till date, they have not responded to my mails.Whenever I call to customer Support, they says that they will update the status by Monday.When I call on Monday, they says that the update will be given on Friday. Like that, they have dragged till date. Neither I am getting the replacement for the phone nor I am getting my money refunded. Please resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had same experience.. very very worst ever service. Snapdeal is not reliable anymore... stay away from snapdeal..
