[Resolved] Sodexo Meal Pass — Charging Extra Money

Yesterday (10/03/11) i used my sodexo meal pass in Murugan Margin free supermarket which is located in Guduvancheri. The total value of the bill is only Rs.328/-. But they charged me for Rs.342/-. Even the sodexo pass is tax free for the users the merchants are taking tax from the buyers pocket.

Sodexo Meal Pass — Charging Extra Amount

Dear Sir,

When I tried to use Sodexo Meal Pass at one of the outlets (Fly Over Bakery - Greenlands, Ameerpet, Hyderabad) , I was asked to pay 5% to 10% extra of the total amount.

Please let me know if we need to pay extra than the actual amount then what does the coupon denominations mean.

hi,
i have used it in Guru super market maraimalai nagar chennai. They charged extra 3% on bill amount.The say it is for sodexo coupon service tax.Request sodexo to take it seriously.
