Sodexo customer care is pathetic, no one responds to the calls and very rarely they reply to our emails. I am tired of calling them again and again and no response.
I did not get my physical sodexo meal pass card yet, its already expired a month back and they are advising us to use virtual cards, most of the shops are accepting only physical cards, but they are not issuing the physical cards to us.
