This is to inform you’d was purchase Sony Ericssion Handset W395 on date of 19/12/2009.Bill No.GJ2017.Bill Amount.6749.the same day after 6 hours the handset was hanged. Than I’ll try to start to handset but it can’t. Than I remove the battery and again put battery in handset...the same day handset was hanged two times. After that I was going at Sony center and I explain the same, than the executive said there is software problem, so I have to format software. Than I said o.k. does it after 5 days again same problem but I thought its natural problem but again after 10 days the same problem. Than I was shocked if I purchase the Sony ericssion handset than u hasn’t face any problem but I face it. After that I as again was going at Sony center. There is one Ms. Anuja Shah .she don’t try to understand my problem she talk like that she do not work with Sony Company’s. I want to change my handset but she tells me we can’t do it. Than I was again socked your handset is hanged on after 6 hours of purchasing.
