Good Day!

Kindly note that i have bought the sony Ericsson Mobile from Poorvika in Chennai, Triplicane branch. the model no: P900. I used the mobile for last couple of months sunddenly the mobile was not working due to touch screen problem, after that i immediately went to sony ericsson service center in Tambaram branch. They checked my mobile and they give the status of mobile software NTF,Software Jig not available, and they told me check with mobile dealer (Poorvika) and also they provide the status of service receipt and i have attached the same for your reference. Again i went to poorvika Triplicane branch (chennai) they sent my mobile to poorvika head office and reply back to me once they got the information from head office their also not rectify the problem and they try to convience to me for 50% baring of the cost but i dont want the 50% baring the cost. because i have still 2months warranty period of mobile service then WHY SHOULD I ACCEPT 50% barring so kindly replacement of mobile other wise rectify the my mobile problem.

I just want to awake anyone planning to buy a Sony VAIO laptop not to purchase the laptop.

I have Sony VAIO E series laptop VPCEA36FG laptop which I bought for Rs. 58000.
Firstly, very poor quality speakers. Its irritating when you play songs in windows media player full volume.
The touch pad is of poor quality. The engravings in the touch pad body has gone for use within 6 months so it holds your fingers. means offers resistance in movement of fingers.
Also, one major drawback, the quality of LCD screen. I bet you compare the LCD quality with Dell Inspiron and you will feel the difference in quality. A tested fact, SONY doesn't use its own LCD it either use Samsung or LG LCD screen. I have replaced my screen due to broad vertical lines and I was shocked to see inside that it was a SAMSUNG LCD and it was replaced with a LG screen( which is much yellowish).

Poor service quality. Most of the service centre operate your laptop back door. So, low service authenticity and fear in mind. Now a days they are opting towards front end support.

It also has heating problem.

So friends think twice before going on the looks and buy some good product. Do a survey before purchasing.

I purchased a sony walkman nwz-w202 from a sony authorised dealer in Vizag last year Oct 10. However, I could use the player only till may this year. I have been running from service centre to dealer to online customer care center but every one insists on the warranty card as well as the purchase invoice etc without which they are refusing to take any action. The serial no of my piece is 5500432. What I dont understand is the difficulty which I have to go through to argue and make a set of people understand the issue which is caused by a defective equipment manufactured by a reputed company like sony. I also searched on the net and have now come across innumerable similar complaints all over the world and a news item where in sony had replaced the defective pieces. But in my cases the people are saying that I would have to pay money to get the set replaced. and there too, the warranty lasts for a year. Looks a fantastic deal for a company to manufacture which fails after 13 months and needs replacement but at a price. This is not the customer experience I expected from Sony. So please help. Rs 5000/- may not be big for sony, but it is pretty big for someone who gets only two earpieces connected by a wire and does nothing for that money.

I have worked with Sony Ericsson - India [Gurgaon] office for almost 2 years. It has been 3 years that I am still struglling to get a PF Withdrawl.

I have recently come to know that the Company has disputed - PF Deposits and the same is written as a remark by the PF Authorities on the Documents which I have submitted to the PF Office.

It is all the more sad because this Company - SEIN does not even bother to call an Ex-Employee and let the person know anout any internal changes which affect the Outsiders. Like -- They have outsourced part of the HR / Settlement / PF Jobs to Hewitt. If I was informed about this change then I could do the required follow - up with right people.
The People in SEIN [Despite written requests] do not even bother to share their telephone numbers, forget about hearing from them.

I have always been buying and using Sony Ericsson Mobile phones wince last 4 years and have bought almost every New SmartPhone from Sony Ericsson.
Off late I have noticed a degrading Customer Service level from this company.
The Service Centre experience is not at all meeting the basic hygeine requirements, forget about the Technical | Repair Excellence. I feel all the more sad because I think I may have to switch over to Moto OR may be Apple.
I cannot let my money and mood go for a waste.

Note:- I visited the Service Centre MPI - Gurgaon, the Manager over there flashed my mobile phone suggesting that the same would address my "BATTERY CHARGING - PROBLEM"....But did not at all happen. The same was taken upto one of the Company CS Officials too....to anvil

We bought sonyericsson Xperia X8 phone about 2 months back, We took internet connection from service providers, we configured the settings also, But when we checked its browser wasn't working, even
cudn't download applications on it, Then we took the phone to Sony ericsson service centre in RT Nagar,Bangalore,India. They said it will be fixed and asked us to collect the phone next day. so Next day we went and collected phone, they said everything is fixed, The guy didn't respond properly, we came back home and checked the browser which wasn't working, even we aren't able to download the applications, Sonyericsson service centre guys didn't fix anything, they did nothing and handed the phone back to us next day as it is, these guys are really dont know how to fix the problem, they don't even respond properly, Now trying to contact Sonyericsson through feedback form, Dont know whether we get help or not. if anyone has some solutions please help.

Subject - Not received phone which was given for replacement since 2 months.

I am highly disappointed by the services & response I am getting from Sony Ericson’s service center.

I had taken Sony Ericson Mobile phone , Model No – J10i2 & was facing problem since I had taken the phone resulting in frequent visits to their service centers where we had to move from one place to other their so called centers to sub centers where once Mother board also needed a replacement resulting in change of my IMEI number.

I had purchased the phone on[protected] from vijay sales.invoice no. 64-DEV07-10CSI 538.

I am having problem in touchpad (cursor is moving here and there itself) from the 1st day of purchase.

I have been to the shop for the defect and they said that this is not their fault and they will not refund my money back and suggested me to go to the sony service centre.

I brought one sony VAIO Laptop model VGN-CR 24G on 17 Jan 2008 for Rs 54,200.00/- from Cochin, Kerala. After one and a half year the system went unserviceable. I am working in Indian Air Force and during this time I was transferred from Himachal Pradesh to Rajasthan. On 30 Jan 2010 I give my system to Sony India Pvt Ltd, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad for servicing and which was an authorised Sony Service Center. They told me that the Mother board of the faulty system is to be replaced and they serviced the system and give it back to me after a week. when I start using I met with the same earlier problems. Again I went to the Service center and this time they keep my Laptop for 3 days and give it back but the problem was not solved. I wrote to Sony and again they asked me to deposit the system in their service center. This time again they replaced the mother board. In the entire process they charged me Rs 12,320.00/-. Now recently my Operating System crashes and I have both my recovery DVDs and recovery partition. When I start recovering my system it is saying that "This model is not supported". When I connect my system to internet and use Sony's online services to detect my system it is telling "An exact match of your system cannot be determined". I purchased this system on a reasonably good price and this have some special function keys etc. I am unable to use these facilities. The main problem is that in a Sony authorized Service center they replaced the Mother board with an un matched one and charged me a huge amount. Regarding this matter I lodge a compliant with sony India on 12 July ( No 7772783) and on 20 Jul (No 7820082) but they are not responded yet. None of their customer care numbers are also working.I lost a lot of days and mental peace behind this and now I want a replacement of system. I request to please look in to this matter and advice me.

My sony mobile is automatic shut down so ihad given for repair to Accel frontline authorised Sony eriction service station on 1st June 2011 with Work order no SE311AAD11998 with 10 days confirmation of mobile repair with motherboard change.

After 10 days when i asked status they replies more 4 days and then i called sony erction custemer support no[protected] they had confirmed that they had received phone on 4th and delivered on 13th after motherboard change.

Then ii had called after two to three day for update they repli that they had received phone but is in checking and will repling after checking but still not received call for 3 to 4 days i called for status they replies that mother board is not proper and they had sent it return for repairing and another ten days time was given.

My question is that if company changes motherboard then they are not checking the mother board while they are forwording or my phone part was broken by service company or in between but in all this metter i am suffering my buiseness due to Phone and westage of money for calling to Custemer care every time.

So i want quick result for my mobile with extended warrenty because One Month is taken by sony it self and when my phone get faulty then who is the resposible ???????

I Also called once today to Mr. Alpeshbhai [protected] but he is not responding who is the Head Custmer Support From Sony eriction (No Given by Accel representative)

this is the worst phone from sony ericsson. i bought it 3months ago phone is not working properly. it takes so much time for switching on the cell and even after the cell is switched on it takes time for the contacts and messages to open. when deleting a no. of messages cell gets hang and restarts.it irritates a lot. please sony ericsson please look after the issue please replace the phone with any other model in its range or please refund the money.

I have purchased SONY LED "EX600" TV , six month sucessfully running but now the set having some problem coming into TV screen i.e. vertical six inches black shed coming on the screen. I booked the comlaint at Nagpur service center several times they will checked the TV but they will asked for non garranty the TV set. Therfore kindlly help us.

i had bought sony ericsson g502 2years ago. Within 7days it start hanging, auto restarting, and auto format. I submitted it to service centre many times but the problem was never solved. I have lost my rs. 7500 by purchasing this phone. I also asked service centre to replace my phone but they always ignored. At last bought another phone keeping it aside. Since then i have purchased many phones they all were good but i have never purchased sony ericsson phone. It is complete waste. I request company to replace my phone for a new one.

I am frustrated with Sony services.I bought LCD 2" NX500 Last september 3rd Sep 2010. from Magic electronics Mulund.
After one month My LCD automatically turn off ,I compalined service engineer came and tell me there is some problem in Current ,I purchased Spike guard and UPS .but eventhough problem was there.
Then they reinstall some software .After some days I got the same problem
It now 6 times we complained sony and issue sill not resolved .
Last month they took my LCD to SOny Service centre after many follow up they returned it as it is .Nothing they did with complain.
Earlier I was loyal with Sony product but after this i never prefer and never suggest my friend to go for Sony.

Recently i purchased sony ericson make mobile ph yendo w150i.
but after using it for few month i found that ph is getting hang frequently n also i am unable to play music files(for the same i purchased this model)and whenever i try to open any music file mobile gets restarted.this is very annoying.
i have a very good impression about sony products & most of the electronic itmes & appliances,m currently using is sony make.
but this is 1st time i am facing so much problem.
kindly provide any technical support regarding my issue.
as i searched over net i found that others who are using this mb is facing same problem.

I am Sandeip Vishnoi from Indore(M.P.). I have purchased a Sony Ericsson handset U8 Vivaz Pro worth Rs. 25,000 above because I have thought it is an elite brand. My cell phone is having charging and speaker problem. Due to the problem I am not even able to get my phone charged and facing lot of problems in my business due to lack of communication with my customers.

The service of Indore Sony Ericsson center is really annoying. My cell phone is under warranty period and the workers are not even have etiquette to talk to their customers and the behavior is disgraceful. I want action on this severe problem within 48 hours. After it I am going to file a report on this.

I have bought Sony Ericssion mobile form HOT Spot mobile shop located at perambur chennai - 11 on friday the 15.07.2011, while purchasing the shop selling person gave the demo like it has got all the features like file manager option, memory card etc, but after i purchase when i come to use i came to know that the mobile doen't have file manager and also the memory card option is not visible, so not able to access the files in memory card.

The next day i went to the HOT Spot and made compliant regarding this they simply told like this the mistake of sony since they have not mentioned in the spec that this mobile doesn't have the memory card view option.

And they claimed as sony company is the cheater .
In this case finally the user is the looser. Please take necessary action on both the HOTSPOT & SONY ERRICSSION for cheating.

I gave my Sony Ericsson W705 mobile for repair at Sony Ericsson service center, Ghaziabad. They fixed it but after reaching home i was pissed off by seeing that the display got some lines now, its damaged. I spoke to Arun and Arya and they are not at all ready to listen to me. They're blaming me saying that this issue was either already existing or may be it was due to my fault. Such kind of behavior and service is not acceptable. I want my phone to be repaired :(
