I purchased a sony ericsson K790i on the 28-feb-2008. but the cell died on the 28-mar-2008. I gave the cell to the sony service center and thay told me that the PCB had to be changed and the mobile issent to the company in chennai. I am completely disapointed by this. Is this the quality of the product that you are offering for a 12000 rupees???? in this case it is far better to get a phone from the Nokia or motorola. thay are offering far better quality in thair products.

Ah i bought K550i on february 2008, the picture quality is not nice, and some of the format is not supporting for the ringtones though it has to be eg. AAC format, ehat shall i do, please help me
I have bought Sony Ericsson Mobile (Model no K550i cyber shot) in Novemberber'07.Initially it had a battery problem as it was getting discharged toatlly within 2 hrs after cahrging fully. Then initially the battery was changed by shopkeeper itself. But then it was confirmrd tha problem was with set & not with battery. Then its software was upgraded in service centre at Nagpur (MS). Then set was kept with service centre in Bilaspur (CG). Threr it has taken more than 15 days. Then new problem arised, the screen is getting totally white like tubelight & nothing can be seen on screen. Even mobile is not getting off from 'off button'. Again I sent mobile to service centre, Bilaspur & I got it repaired. But result is again the same of white screen as problem is still unsolved..
Now i have submitted my mobile for 4th time & already your service centre has taken 3 weeks for giving it back to me.
Now I feel that i have given enough time for company to repair the set and i had faced & even facing a great deal of inconvinience.
It is therefore kindly requested to replace the set & stop the customer from further inconvinience. If replacement is not possible the please oblige me by giving me back my set as it is but at the earliest.

Sony Ericsson (K550i) — Delay in getting the handset
Sir'My name is Babit I am from Jallandhar. I purchased K550i on 14 Aug 2007. Due to the problem in the connector I submitted the handset in Salora International Limited (Jallandhar) on[protected] which I recieved on[protected]. But the same day another problem occured while I connected it with net. I again submitted the handset to the same service center on[protected]. In last one month I have called the sony ericsson Delhi office more than 10 times and each time they only give only one answer that you will be reciving the handset in few days. When I ask them for a particular date they arenot in position to give so. Moreover one of the person even talked rudely to me for calling.Even they are not providing me the numbers of their higher officials to communicate.
Sir, it is going to be approximately more than 2 and half months that I havenot recieved the handset. My previous complaint id given by service center was SES08JAL13202 and the new one is SES08JAL13988. And the previous complaint id for the sony ericsson Delhi was SE738-4425 and the new one is SE749-5822.
The persons to whom I spoke are SABORNA, VIVEKANAND, RITESH, RAJ, AMIT, PREETI, and some name I am not able to remember.
It's my humble request to you to see into this matter and help me to get back my handset.

1)the camera is not working properly some times, if i on the camera the screen is becoming full green and the photo is not storing
2)the earphones given with the phone are not working, the left one is working and the right one is not.
3)my friend has bought a new sonyericsson k550i last month, the sound in the loud speaker is low compared to his phone
4)why there is no anti virus for sony ericsson mobiles? if it is there where it can be found

Sony Ericsson / K550i — Rude behaviour and faulty parts of Authorized Service Center
Initially there was a mic problem, the opposite person was not able to here my voice. I contacted Sony Ericsson Service Center(Borivali Branch), they took 12-14 days to get it rectified.But the same problem started the same day evening (i had attended only one phone call). Again I contacted them, they said again it will take 10-15 days as the pcb needs to be replaced again the earlier was faulty.
After the days span finally I got my cell back, when asked for the delay they told me that your cell was sent to Chennai for rectification hence delay.
After i took my cell to my place it was not getting charged, whole night i kept my cell on charging but morning the battery was NIL, again I contacted them.
The same story, will need to replace the pcb and all. I just was not able to understand why was it going this way, again after 15-20 days they returned my cell but the same problem, it was not getting charged, my younger sister took the cell and was telling the problem to them, but the Engineer Sanjay Patil was rude to her, was saying your battery is dried up bring your charger we will check, so my sister decided to let me only handle it.
Very next day I went up to them, same language they were speaking to me, over that the guy Sanjay was provoking me to hit him was continuously saying "Do you want to hit me" (conversation was in Hindi language), the other guy said we dont have an new battery in stock will replace in three days, giving me a standby battery said use this till replacement, at the same time I kept the cell for charging but the story continued.. same battery was not getting charged. At that time also that Sanjay Patil was showing off his stupidity to me saying "Complain where ever you want to we don’t care." He never stopped, he went on and on.
One more thing would like to mention on my previous visit to the service center a lady was also very furious on that Sanjay she was also yelling on him saying what non-sense you talk, I have a video of that senerio.

Buy LG LCD TV monitor and Get Free DTH - A Cheating Promo by LG with Indian Customers

I bought LG 22" LCD TV monitor on 27/08/2009(Bill Attached B.jpg).
I bought seeing promos given by LG company (To see the promo see LG WEBSITE)
I completed all the formalities to get my DTH service according to the LG IT CLAIM FORM ( See A.jpg)
And couriered it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as mention in CLAIM FORM on 30th by Doc. No. 3137 through First Flight.
Now after a long time, i got a letter (c.jpg) stating that I have not attached Invoice Photocopy. Which is absolutely incorrect and I believe it’s a game played my LG company. As I have send all the documents as mention in "LG IT CLAIM FORM" and I also believe that there might be more customers cheated by LG Company.
As mention in (C.jpg) letter from Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., I cannot even re-submit my CLAIM FORM.
Now what can I do to get my DTH Free service with 6 months subscription free.( as promised in the promos during that time)
