Sony Ericsson Mobile Model No W995 — payment against money back offer

Dear Sir/Madam

This to inform you that I Purchased a Mobile phone From M/s Mobile Store B-1 Inner circle opp Hotel Marina C P New Delhi on 7/9/2009 for Rs 23759/-, as at time of purchase there was scheme of 5% cash back on this model,I have sent the Photo copy of the bill along with form as given by the dealer duly filled along with photo ID copy of Voter ID card at he Chennai Address through Speed post Doc No ED[protected]IN on Dated 14/9/2009.
Till date I have not received my payment.Please arrange to send my payment at the earliest.An early action will be highly appreciated.
