[Resolved]  Sony Ericsson W760i — charging point stops working within 4 months & problem occur again & again even after 3 repairs in 1 month.

i have bought a sony erricson phone W760i IMEI No: [protected] on 20/01/2009 from
one of your retailer (HOT SPOT RETAILS LIMITED).

it's charging point stops working within 4 months.

as you know its charging point is the only source to keep a phone alive & to connect hand free, data cable & other devices.

I took it to the sony ericsson service station (arun watch shop, yusuf sarai) for the repair on 18/04/09.

they claim charges for the repair of a under warranty mobile phone.

still the results are not good, 2 out of 4 times machine don't accept the charger / hand free from the repaired connecting point.



Within two weeks the connecting point comes out by itself.

so i again took the phone to the same sevice station.

after a huge argument they repaired it again but sorry to tell you problem remains the same & even getting worse.

i think after get it repaired from your authorized service partner again & again problem remains the same.

there must be some manufacturing error in my phone so i request you to please replace it or get it repaired correctly.

i am in big trouble & suffered alot.

even i won't suggest any-one to buy any product from sony erricson after all this.

as now my phone is dead, please you suggest me what to do, otherwise i have to take some necessary action.

one more thing i need to add in all this what's the use o[censored]nder warranty of a product when you charge for the repairs.
