Sony Mobile Communications — Under Repairs from last month. | |||
I purchased my set on 14th DEC 2011 and i was using this mobile handset from then and its software was crashing many a times after I purchased. Then i took it to service center many a times but they just reset the phone or updates software again n again. But I was facing many problems again and I submitted my phone there in the service center of FARIDABAD which is SAI ELECTRONICS on 12th JUNE 2012 and they told me it will take 10-15 days to repair but they dint repaired it then BY 15 DAYS. Then I made a complaint in the customer care of sony and they told me that its repair is not started yet as on 27th june. Then they promised to give my handset back in 4 days but they failed to do so and promised the same thing everytime when i contact them.When I asked about the number of any main head of sony to complaint about it , they never provided me with that. I am totally dissatisfied with this behaviour of sony mobile communications. My workorder number is "SE312PSE10123" and ticket ID is "92973580". And when I told them if you are not able to repair it then replace it with new unit then they dont have any reply on it. I am seriously feeling that "why did i purachased this SONY MOBILE", i should have taken Samsung like others. Now i mailed my complaint to some Rajesh Mailk which i got to know is the HEAD of SONY Mobile in this Delhi NCR region in India , with the help of the Store i purchsed my set from.But still waiting for some Good news about my phone.
