Sony - VAIO Laptop, I5 Model. — Laptop not working, and not starting.

Dear Sir,

I am City based industrialist of Chandigarh. I have purchased a Sony Laptop-i5 Model last year on 10th July, 2010. I am facing a problem while switch on the laptop, it is totally not working at all. Even its not starting. It is showing the message on screen " BOOT FILES ARE MISSING, TRY TO RESTART AGAIN" . Now i request you to please tell me procedure for getting its repair. If you have any Sony Customer Care Center in Chandigarh then kindly tell/ inform me on my Email or on my Cell phone. the nos are - [protected],[protected] And Email ID - [protected]@rediffmail.com. you can call me or can inform me in the way which you want. But i request you to take the needful action as soon as its possible because i am having all confidential and needful data of my company in laptop. I am facing a big problem in managing my business. And give the cell number of SONY Northern India Regional Manager. So that i can describe my problem with him.

So, please take necessary action immediately and rectify my problem.
