Southern Railways — refund amount not fully paid

sir,
I had reserved a ticket for 3352 Dhanbad exp.
from CHENNAI CENTRAL to TENALI FOR[protected] for
2 passengers.The Ticket no is[protected].

As on that day the train is running late for more
than 3 hours I cancelled my program and as the time
was already 23.[protected] I had gone to home.

Then on the next day morning[protected] at 09.47
I approached the reservation counter at chennai central
and asked them for FULL REFUND as the train was late
for more than 3 hours but the booking clerk replied me
that the rule is "train should be late for more than 4 hours"
and despite my repeated request to verify the RULE
he paid me only 50% of the amount by CANCELLATION
TICKET NO[protected] PNR NO--[protected].

As the Rule is "FULL REFUND IF THE TRAIN IS LATE
FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS" I request you to pay me the
balance amount(Rs.192/-) and give proper guidence
to the Booking clerk so that this kind of harassment
does not get repeated with any other passenger in future.
(Bookink clerk at current booking window at chennai central
reservation center on 19/7/2009 at 9.47 a.m.)

. I purchased tickets of 3AC Class for the travel. By the date of travel my ticket reservation
status was not confirmed and was still in "Waiting List". Therefore, I had to travel in a non AC general class. However I paid
for the "3AC" class. Therefore, I want a refund for the difference in the amount I paid for the 3AC Class and the non AC general
Class in which we actually traveled.

For getting this refund I have also filled the "Ticket Deposit Receipt" (TDR) form and sent it earlier by post on time to "DY CCM (Claims) Office
Northern Railway, (Near Station Building), Varanasi. However, I got no response from their side. I also waited for 3 months as mentioned by "The Station Master" who informed me to follow this process. But, there has been no resolution to my request.
Therefore, I am writing this E-mail to you. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve this for me.

Remarks: 572-NR/22 As per records Passenger(s) travelled on the ticket. The case is repudiated.

But i was in Delhi. So How Indian railways verify that i was traveled with this ticket.

i booked my seat on 19-jan-2010 from sangrur to delhi in dhauladhar exp. pnr number is [protected] and the transaction id is [protected]. when i reached at station in morning 03:00 am. station master told that the train is diverted via route ludhiana ambala from last 5 days. if it was diverted since 16th jan then how its possible that railway booked my seat from sangrur to delhi. this is not fare and harassed me lot and i suffered a lot by this act. it was very important to me to reach at delhi at nine on 21-jan . i didn't reach at the destination. now they are not refunding my ticket charges and local convenience charges which i expend that morning

My uncle was boarding a train to mumbai on 19-03-11.He wass told by the railway authorities that the train was running 6 hours late.When he again confirmed the time again after 4 hours then he was told that the train has leaved the city.The authorities are now not willing to refund them.

I have booked a Tatkal ticket from DHN to KPD for DHANBAD
ALAPPUZHE EXPRESS on 29th Jan, 2015 and Date of Journey was 30th Jan,
2015. For reason ' travel without proper ID proof and ticket confirmed
