[Resolved]  spdc mobile — about prize money

Sir,
I got the following message on[protected],

"Congrats! you have Won $750 000.00 in 2008 Xmas(SHELL) INT'L Mobile Draw in Nig.
To claim Contact Dr, Steven Omoh on +[protected]."
How this could be possible?
Kindly let me know how far this is true.

Dear Sir

I have received the mail ( from [protected]@msn.com, saying that I have won a prize in Mobiledraws Xmass2008 E-mail Draw sum of amout ( US $200, 000.00 ) and my winning reference No. SPDC-081511

And Now I had asked from Financial Service Authority, Nigeria to pay the Cerficates charge Rs. 37, 500 .00 to take the Fund realese order from the authority .

So that they can transfer the winnig prize fund to my account, which was now safely deposited in the Access Bank Plc, Port Harcourt, Nigeria .

Persons Details involved in this chain

1)SPDC ( Prize Abdministrator, Mr. Philip MAthew, [protected]@live.com, +[protected]

2) The remitance Director, Access BAnk Plc, 12 Azikwe Road, Port Harcourt Rivers State - Nigeria, In which my fund is deposired as temporary account as per mail by ( Director of Remettance, Mr. David Rigney, remitt.acc.[protected]@accountant.com )

3) Financil Service Authority, who ask me for the payment of Rs. 37500.00 to give the documnet of Fund realese Order to bank to realese the fund . ( [protected]@fsa-gov.com; gov.fsa.[protected]@gmail.com, Mt. Pascal Gazi, Head of operation)


So kindly confirm me is true or fraud

I should depost the Rs. 37500 or Not

like how to others same way i also recieved a message on my mobile stating that i have won 200, 000.00 GPB.Its Come in the shell companies letter head i belive. then the concern person as asked me to mail the details to the bamk and again the bank itself has sent mails to me but i dont want to take a risk. then they asked me to conduct a lawyer who was again directed to me by that person who sent me the mail, i did that also now he has sent me an application form to fill in and send it to him back with the payment recipt of 62, 160.00 INR..the application which he has sent to me has some NOTIFIED seal on it saying AUTHORITY FINANCIAL SERVICES arround and in the center OFFICE OF THE HEAD OF THE OPERATIONS...
