I just wanted to know whether speakAsia MLM business is legal in India or not?
Although there are many network companies running legally in India like: Amway, Herbalife, Forever, RMP, RCM and so many.
So what is difference between SpeakAsia and those companies?
Also I want to know that if I get transferred money in my Bank account it is to be considered legal or illegal by Government of India.
Is that I require any kind of permission from Reserve Bank Of India to get transferred money from SpeakAsia a/c to my a/c in Indian Nationalized Bank?
