[Resolved]  Spectranet — DUPING CUSTOMERS BY GIVING FAKE INTERNET PLANS

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a new internet connection just 3 days ago and it is just a nightmare experience till date. The service provider - Mass communication - 642, Shakti Khand II- Indirapuram is making customers fool by taking advance payment of connection with installation. I have taken a dual plan from Spectranet for unlimited download. I have hardly access my e-mail for an hour throughout these 3 days.. Speed is too slow and connection get interuptted in every 5 mins. I am completely fed up of following up with vendor. Lastly i ask to get my money back but he denied by saying - " Wapis nahin hota"

us net provider ka naam yatin saini hai agar ussey paisey wapas leney hai toh mujh sey uskey baap ka no lelo woh usey gali bhi dega or aapke paisey bhi wapas dila dega ...?

spectranet service is good in ashok nagar but service provider are not good . they have no manner how to talk our customer. and he provide very bad services in ashok nagar(delhi-96). they directally says spectranet
service are close in 2 or 4 day. so i ask you sir your company realy provided that type of bad fasalities.
plz take on action for my complaint.

I've taken Spectranet connection from a Katwaria Sarai operator. The connection get interrupted always. Its service providers are hooligans and uncivilized barbarians. They dont know how to behave.
I have taken spectranet new connection in first months it worked only for 5 days,
i am sick of the working there
spectra net is not the the problem the service providers are the main problems they are soo JUGAARUU that it is assumed that it will again stop working within 2 - 3 days every time ... i m feed-up... if i had any other option in broadband i would happily remove my spectra net connection...plz react to my complain... My self Sathish I am using Internet connection of Spectra Smart form last 1 month. I took the service from spectra-net on 2nd Dec. The service provider is making customers fool by taking advance payment of connection with installation. I have taken a 384kbps plan from Spectra-net for unlimited download. I have hardly access my e-mail for an hour Speed is too slow 15th Dec and that day onwards the connection is not stable and even a day i could not surf the net. I took the connection from the Chanel partner SLV Net work (Ramesh, Bangalore in Garabhavipalya). I called up those guys and they are not ready to help me out also not picking my call. Till the date i am contacting those people and not getting any resolution.

I am a valuable coustomer of your internwt services . but i very sad your services because every next day your line hasbeen down i always call your frencheis kumar internet services naraina. last two days my internet was down i call so many times to kumar net but he not received my phone ultemately i call your markiting officer mr.Piush Gupa he also talk with me roughly .pl. you suggest me what i do .

Spectranet Connection really sucks. I am almost crying taking the worst internet connection ever. I stay in Garvebhavi palya and SLV network proved to be the nightmare. Even after paying more than actual plans, services are pathetic and responses are zero. Out of 30 days in a month, interner works hardly 8-10 daysthat too speed ten times slower than what is expected from the current plan. Local operator(Ramesh) and even manager (Vinod Patil) never pick calls of complaints. Thats not all, even customer care agents at delhi also doesnt know how to interact. They have no sense of professionalism in their talks. Even after complaining so many times throug mail, i never got any response.Currently internet connection is disrupted.Local operator Ramesh told me that he is doing so just bcos we have opted for Rs500 plan and not higher one. Our biggest mistake was to pay for the three months advance payment in oredr to save some money but in vain.now the situation is we have lost full three monts payment and inspite of refund he is telling that he wont return even a single penny.

Hi, I'm Arul Bala Kathiresan residing in CK Nagar, GK Layout. I opted for a new Spectranet connection that has turned to be a nightmare from the day i received the connection. I had to call the customer care to get my usid and password and from that moment, every day i have to keep calling the Franchise person to get the internet working. I opted for the highest plan that my Franchise is providing and hardly have access to internet. Just waiting to get my subscription lapsed. I have screen grabs saved when ever the internet is down. Planning to file a legal charge with the help of my Brother who is a high court lawyer and let me see what best i can do to teach them a lesson. I will keep you guys posted as i progress.

Spectranet — Poor connection

I have paid three month prepaid connection in August 2013 in Chennai. I was promised 1mbps connection. But I never get the speeds above 300kbps ( If at all i get connectivity ). For the past 2 months only few days I could get the connection. Always an outage. The customer care never respond. Repeated calls go wasted.
I am a spectranet broadband home customer in indirapuram ghaziabad. And from past 1.5 months the speed is too slow, I raised several complaints on its customer service number but they close my complaint ticket without resolving my issue, I have sent several emails to [protected]@spectranet.in, [protected]@spectranet.in but the result is still zero.

Why can't they just revolve my problem or terminate my account so I can switch to a different service provider.
