[Resolved] Spice Jet Airlines — New cancellation rule by Spicejet
A new rule has been made by spicejet that on cancellation Rs 750 will be deducted and rest amount will be kept by Spicejet as 1-year credit. It will be NOT be returned to the customer immediately. I had booked ticket from Pune to Chennai (25th May 2009) and later I wanted to cancel the ticket and too my utter surprise I came to know this rule. I couldn't say anything because spicejet kept on repeating tht you have agreed to terms & conditions. I did agree to terms & conditions but I was under the impression that Rs 750 will be deducted and rest amount refunded (as is the case with other airlines and till not very long ago spicejet also followed). I feel airline is cheating the passengers. They are taking advantage of ignorant customer. Was this information helpful?

How the booked tickets of spice jet can be cancelled? Reply may please be sent to my Email address "[protected]@yahoo.co.in
the terms and conditions are not simple or straightforward; it needs analysis and deep thought, before we may, i repeat "MAY" understand the terms and conditions; the cause of my digging today, is that i am unable to understand the price structure and refund policy easily;
