This is reagrding the flight SG -851 dated 26th September 2009 mumbai to Delhi departure time 5.50 AM we went from pune by taking overnight bus
Reached at airport 2 am after 1.30 hour when we went to collect our boarding pass we get to know the flight is delayed ( indefinite) due to technical reasons(unknown) no one was there to answer our questions we asked the staff to call up there higher authorities they were absolutely rude and unanswerable we had a booking to a tour package for 9 am from delhi we asked them to provide tickets from another flight but again no answer we talked to airport authority they they became ready to give boarding pass for 9.30 AM again we have to wait wait and wait and no answer from anyone . it cost us the 1 day delay to tour and half of journey to our expense the problem is not with delay the way they handled it that was rude and humiliating even the flight was delayed and they send the SMS very late no response from anyone we waited for whole night and took off at 11.30 finally after protesting , all of all got the strategy basically they had a flight at 11.30 which was not full so they delayed our flight and clubbed the passengers smart players I took the pledge to never travel from spice jet it really sucks .we also gave a feedback but I am sure it would never be seen or highlighted .
