[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — cheat

SPICE JET PLANE MAY BE GOOD BUT ITS POLICY AND AGENTS ARE BIG CROOK. I have been cheated by spice jet stating late. There was other 9 passengers who faced the same problem. This happen on 5th december 2010 flight from kathmandu to delhi. I asked spice jet agent if our ticket is sold or we are not registered, they deny to show the board list too and advised us to claim re-fund where we bought ticket. but to my surprise when we claim in office at zenith travel they politely reject to refund whole amount including taxes.
