My Experience with spicejet was so bad this time. I had booked tickets 1.5 month earlier to my travel via online. I was given PNR number at the end of booking but never received any email from airlines coonfirming our seat or at least PNR number ( SO unprofessional). Day before when we called up call centre they confirmed our ticket and names of passengers rightly as it was booked. Day of terrible experience : Went to airport 3 hours prior to departure and when we went to counter with PNR they gave print out of ticket but they have same passenger name on 2 different seats in a same PNR . what kind of software /systems an airlines use. But , after explaining that call centre they themselves told our names rightly how come your system shows it different , lady says "We dont know " . When we asked can you check with your call centre she says they dont BELIEVE their own call centre.. Ridiculous. We were asked to pay 15,000 rs to rebook the ticket and cancellation fees will be taken and rest will be refunded. After fighting a lot she agreed for 4,600Rs and they dont bother customer has baby in hand . i had to fight a lot with 20 month old baby in hand for 2 hours to get it right in their head and still end up paying etc. I would like to get the refund from airlines. If i wish i could sue them. Indian govt should never support Spicejet. Was this information helpful? | |||
