Spice Jet Airlines — Spicejet airlines 777 offer | |||
I would like to complain against spicejet for making fake promises to the customers which they cant really fulfill. on 23rd there was a anniversary offer for 77 mins but their website doesnt seems to work and they dont have capacity to provide such offer. They are fooling consumers with poor practices and making fake promises which are not possible for them. I spent 77 mins on their website to book a ticket but their website doesnt allow to book a ticket. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same happened with me also. I tried to book a ticket but as soon as I hit the flight search button it lands to a reload page or service unavailable page. The when I tried to call on there given numbers then they were coming busy or just disconnects. After so many tries some how I came to flight selection page and selected the flight but still the price show to me was not the discounted price. I mailed on there customer relationship email about this then they say offer has certain restriction that why ticket are not booked, if they have the restriction then why they have not written in there promo page or in there terms and condition page. They are misleading the peoples and making fake promos and giving fake offers just to increase there site hits. I also want to log the complaint against them for giving fake offer which they can't deliver.

I booked a ticket with PNR V9FT7T for a flight from Delhi to Pune and the flight got delayed by 3 hours. 23rd may 2012,there was a anniversary of the spice jet airline on which their were offering all tickets at Rs.777/- but their site was hanged, server were down at the airport, reservation phone is not responding. Why they fooled the consumers with fake offers ... i want to complaint the above
