[Resolved] Spice Mobile Phones — warranty problem | |
Sir, I, Sunil Patnaik, have got an Auth. Service Centre at Bhubaneswar. I have purchased a Spice d88n Dual Sim Hand set from a reliance web world 1 year back. after 6 months of my purchase i faced problem in the set regularly.always i used to go there and wait for2/3 hours and they give the set after repairing.And again i face same problem within 15 days. Since last 4 months the frequency of problem crossed the limit.Then they told me to submit the set for 10 days so that they will change the board inside at kolkota.then i got the set. and again i faced difficulty twice.Last time also they kept my set and told me to come after 10 days .Then i discussed with there service manager bhubaneswar to replace the set as the warranty is going to be finished or give me in writing that within few months if i face any problem then it should be repaired free of cost.He denied to any writing.In the mean time the warranty period was over.Till now the set is with them.no response from there side. what to do now? Spice Mobiles — warranty
my mobile has data cable problem.i gave it to service centre. they gave my mobile with another problem. i asked them. they said that it should be sent to company.it wiil take 15 daysi accepted. i gave my mobile on 19 december 2009. till i did not received my mobile. i am awaiting for my mobile from 2 1/2 months .please help me sir. i have warranty .
sir, i am ritelar oh spice mobile. main apne sabhi mobile BETWA MOBILES, SADAR MOBILE, JHANSI me repair karata hoon. lekin ye mujhe imei no. badalkar set dete rahate hai . mere mobile me thodi hi problem rahati hai, our ye mujhe mobile 10-15 days me dete hai. lekin ye adhikansh IMEI BADAL KAR kar hi set dete rahate hai. deepaklohiya shikha mobile gallery konch
In this regard I would like to being to your kind notice that my mobile phone model M940n purchased just 4months ago from Jharsuguda and got damaged the LCD due to accident. Then I deposited the same at your Rourkela Service Centre, who has assured me to repair the same within 12 days maximum.
It is a matter of regret that since last 15 days nobody is giving commitment on the date of repair. Everytime I am getting different wording.
I failed to understand your so poor service.

I purchased a SPICE QT-52 handset on[protected] and after purchasing of 6 days my phone doesnt start then on[protected] i gave my phone to the retailer and now its 25 days and i didnt get my phone back and I purchased phone from DEEPAK CELLULAR MAKRANA RAJASTHAN. and RETAILER'S behaviour is not also good and he is not giving answer satisfied.
Please into this matter and help me to get my phone fastly.

I have purchased a Spice c-5300 Hand set from a spice mobile shop 2 month back.
after 2 months of my purchase i faced Battery problem in the set regularly.then i disscuss with service manager, , , , he told me-i m not replace ur battery, you purchase a new battery... why should i purchase a new battery? my phon is warrenty period now. so what to do now?pls reply...!
