[Resolved]  Spice Retail Ltd. — Defective Mobile

I have purchase a mobile handset ST-100 Fly from Hotspot at Vaishali, Sector- 4, Gzb. This is purchased on Jan'10, and its under wrantee. I went to Hotspot 5-6 times, every time they (sales boy) do some temperary resolve the problem. But still this mobile set is not working. Many time this set doesn't dedect memory card. And Bluetooth function is not working. Really I am very much dissatisfied with Hotspot response.

Hotspot sell me defective mobile handset. ST-100 Fly.

Now I am going to forward this issue to Consumer Forum/ Court.
