[Resolved]  Spice Retail Ltd. — Defective mobile phone

My nephew purchased a sony xperia mobile phone for me from spice retail ltd., vaninagar, malkajgiri vide invoice no.[protected] dtd.[protected]. from the next day onwards it is giving some sort of trouble (not getting incomming & out going calls. Some times though it is switched on, caller is getting switched off tone). since I am very busy in my job, I could not go to shop immediately. I managed with my old phone. When I went to shop after two months, I was told to get the soft ware loaded at Sony show room. I requested them to get it done, since I do not get time to go to sony. show room, but the staff of the spice retail ltd., vaninagar, very recklessly answered and refused to get the soft ware loaded at Sony show room. is not your duty to get the job done by you, when it is purchased in your shop just 2 months back?.
