Dear Sir, I have purchased a micromax smart phone Canvas Knight Model No. A290 on 31st Aug.2014 After 4 months o[censored]se I discovered some charging problem in the month of Jan, 15 I went to the service centre at Ashok Vihar, Delhi near presidium school to complaint, they asked me to deposit the phone and will be repaired. I deposited the phone and after one day they call me to collect the phone but at home I found that it was not working, I went back and then they replied after using 5 days it will work properly but after 7 days problem remain the same and once again I went to the service centre, then they said that it's charging part had been damaged and asked me for Rs.700 I paid the money After 1&1/2 month it again started creat problem.Once again on 14thMarch, 15 I went to the same service centre, then they said that my charger is not working, I purchased the new one but still the problem is not solved.
