Even 5 minutes before, I called Spice Jet, They have not even initiated the refund.
I would request the people not to choose Spice Jet in any sectors of India. Its better to choose any other Airlines other than Spice Jet

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have cancelled my ticket booked on Spice Jet PNR "Q9K1AC" for Mr Binu Mathew on 10.02.2012 and have asked for the online reversal of payment back to my account. They have assured the reversal within 7-10 days from the date of cancellation.
In between, two times I have contact them, they told that the reversal is under progress. Today on the 17th day, I checked my A/c balance, but they had not refunded the payment. When I spoke to them, they told me that due to problem at their backend, the reversal will again take 7-10 days.
In between, when I had contact them they have not told me about these problems. Because of this, I have not paid my Credit Card payment. For this bank is charging penalty on me. Are Spice Jet is going to pay this penalty amount to me?
Kindly look into this and do the needful for the reversal.
