[Resolved] SPLIT AC — AC not cooling | |
I had purchased -- Samsung AS18ETAXTL Air Conditioner on 26th October 2009 Invoice # M8/OCT09/0375 from Samsung Digi All home Mulund Mumbai. The AC was installed in Nov., 09. However after few days it was found that the AC was not cooling properly. A complaint was made on 6th March 2010 and it was attended promptly on 8th. It was told that there is no cooling Gas in AC. It was taken to the Service Centre on 9th and was delivered back on 11th. On delivery it was found that the AC is badly damaged with scratch marks all over the units and paint peeled off. When the concern was raised it was told that somebody from Service Centre would visit but so far no one has turned up. The AC looks like a Second hand battered Unit instead of a 3 month old unit. we purchased LG 1.5 ton split ac nearly 4 yrs ago, every year we have to get the gas filled, LG's franchised service centres are no good. For making money, instead of finding and correcting the problem they will misguide you. We agree with the poor customer service of LG.

SPLIT AC — Temp. display not changed and cooling not getting
i having problem is Temp. display not changed when i try to change the temp. and i try to on thro remote but not getting on and on only thro manualy. and also cooling not getting while running time.i have already complaint given to customer care but still not attending or conduct me.
SPLIT AC — no cooling
I have AMC for my split ac upto[protected], my ac is not working since 45 days , I am making repeatedly complaints about no cooling by my ac . Service center (SHEEN INDIA, patpar ganj delhi 92 ) advice me for chemical wash , for that they ask for Rs 800/= I was ready to pay that also, but even after chemical wash my ac is still not working , Mr Tyagi is saying u pay for chemical wash after that further fault will be look after , regarding this I have talk to MR Anuj Gupta also but nothing is happen so far I feel that these service centers are asking for money irrespectively you have amc or not.I request u to do needful my last id is RNA[protected].dated 4-7-2012.
