SPLIT AC — call for replacement, poor service | |||
I have bought a split A.C. of Samsung last month itself , but I am afraid it has been continuosly troubling ever since. I had first put up a complaint on 19th getting a complaint number [protected] named as Mrs. Poonam Agawal. One of the engineer visited ,but only after 4 days of complaint giving unsatisfactory response. In the meantime , day-to-day reminding was being done at your service center , but no firm steps have been taken. So I 'm of this view that A.C. which has not worked for a sigle day should be replaced as it is simply unbreable experience due to your poor service. MORE THEN ONE YEAR OF SUBMISSION OF MY SPLIT AC I COULD NOT GET IT REPAIRED BY YOUR LG SRVICE STATION BHAWANIPATNA, ALSO THEY RETURNED THE SAME AC TO ME WITH OUT REPAIRING IT, I FOUND THE INSTRUMENT IN VERY BAD CONDITION NOT WORKING. INSPITE OF MY REPEATED REQUEST AND PHYSICAL APPROACH THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ATALL. JUST THEY ARE DELAYING TIME AND AVOIDING MY CALLS, NECESSARY HELP FROM YOUR COMPANY IS REQUIRED FOR WHICH ACT I SHALL BE GRATE FULL TO YOU.
