[Resolved]  Spurthi gas agency, Alwal, Secunderabad — Booked gas cylinder not delivered

I boked for refill of my cylinder throgh Indane Booking No: 1260. My consumer no is 27871 with Spurthy gas agency , Alwal, Secundrabad. The booking was made on 11th Jan after 21 days of receiving the last filled cylinde. No body lifts or attains the Phone call at the agency. When I try throgh Tel no 1260, it says that it was booked on 11th July. Kindly take the matter with Spurthy gas agency and they divert our bookings and we suffer. This type of gas agency should not not be allowed to continue because it is a big torture for all the customers.

Due to oversigh, the Gas booking Cylinder date was written as 11th July, actually it is 11th January-2011. After 20 days, It has not been delivered.

Un professional behaviour of the agency staff and un attending phone calls of emergency numbers of Indian oil gas company:L

As a one of the indian oil consumers, I am very much regretted to inform that either agency or the emergency telephone numbers will not be attended by the people concerned. This is a gas dealings. Emergency means emergency. it is not taking its own time for attending the calls. I have tried to reach the emergency number [protected]. But surprisingly, after dailing this number we are receiving the message that this number is switched off. How one emergency number is switched off? It clearly indicates the leathertic attitude of the company top officials who are not properly attending thier duties after receiving huze amounts as their salaries.

Now these company people are introduced a new system of refill booking through on line. it means each and every citizen who are having gas connection should have telephone connection and ready to pay atleast 3-5 rupees for refill booking. It is directly cheeating the innocent public by collecting extra money. The live example is: Yesterday my wife went to gas agency to book refill. They given one pamplet and told her to book your cyllender online only. When I tried to book on line as per their pamplet directions, at the end it mentioned that " not able to take my request" it charged me so far Rs.15, still unable to book the refil.


Hence requesting you the top officials, plz look into the process, how far it is friendly to the public and cost effective. Before introducing any system, requesting you plz check once whether it is working properly or not. Hope top management can understand the people concern
