[Resolved]  Sri Vasavi Mobiles, Velachery — Duplicate battery

I got a mobile (HTC TOUCH) from Sri Vasavi Mobiles in Velachery, Chennai, on the 15th July of this year. I had problems with the display of the the phone starting last week and so took it to an authorized service center. They checked the phone and said the phone has been fitted with a duplicate battery.

The seal of the box was open when i got the phone and the people at the shop assured me its no big deal and that it is a new piece. But it is cheap of them to replace the original battery with a fake one.
