its the worst cheating company,,, they r selling dell laptops removing all the features that came with it,,, and selling with high rates.. the authority person there is not responding properly.. he is always with his phone and lover in the line...

Duplicate battery
I got a mobile (HTC TOUCH) from Sri Vasavi Mobiles in Velachery, Chennai, on the 15th July of this year. I had problems with the display of the the phone starting last week and so took it to an authorized service center. They checked the phone and said the phone has been fitted with a duplicate battery.
The seal of the box was open when i got the phone and the people at the shop assured me its no big deal and that it is a new...
