[Resolved]  St Courier — Courier undelivered

I too had similar experience...

I completely agree this guys are providing very very worst service.
They are charging equal to DTDC/Blue Dart and not able to provide service like our normal post.

I have give a complaint in their web site but still I have not got any response...

I have booked my consignment[protected] on 01st Jan 10 in BTM branch from Bangalore (Myself) to Hyderabad (My Uncle). At the time of booking the consignment I have checked with the booking guy when this will be reach to the my uncle, he said confidently this will be reach by Monday 4th Jan 10.

Today (5th Jan 2010) I have checked with My Uncle and he said still he has not received any courier.

Really I was disappointed with your services and I have verified your online tracking system still it's showing IN TRANSIT state.

If you guys take 3 days (excluding booking day Friday) to delivery from Banglore to Hyderabad then what's the point to pay more money?
I can go for ordinary post itself. Can you people give us any valid justifications please????

I Have given a call to ST Courier Main Branch : [protected] and inquired about my consignment they said it may deliver with in one or two days..I asked give me HYD HO contact number that guy had given :[protected]. I have called to Hyd HO, after so many rings at least one lady has lifted and told it will delivery today but I insisted her give me delivery boy number they she has given Ravi number. I called this guy and chased him ...Called couple of times and asked what's the reason not delivered. I got a answer he is not able to find my address and not able to reach my uncle number...it's really funny. Any how I told him the address with landmarks & route details and given a call couple of times. At least & last he was delivered the consignment and got a confirmation call.

I have never seen this kind of worst service...

Oh My God ...Got a relief. tension Free...I Decided will never give a chance to the local companies with out any core values & vision.

AWB No.:[protected] it was sent from Chennai.it reached Hyderabad on 18th but they not yet delivered the item to me.Still tarcking status showing "Taken for delivery-Staff:KRISHNA" when i call 27761286 no one lifting the phone.Seems totally fraud people.

my friend had send me a courier from chennai to nagercoil

it was send on monday and still it has not been delivered...it was an urgent parcel for me and on tuesday wen i called the nagercoil office, i had to call three -four times to know the status..such an irresponsible response i got from them and then finaly after a long time wen i called they told me that parcel has not yet come..so i called up the chennai office in choolaimedu and i was told no parcel was despatched due to heavy rains in chennai ( this reason i felt to be reasonable )... and on tuesday it will be despatched and i would recieve on wednesday...

so today till about 3-45 pm on wednesday i did not recieve my courier parcel..so i called up the nagercoil office and i was told that the parcel has come but no one is there to deliver it...such an irresponsible reply am getting..i am waiting for the parcel as i hav an urgent work to do where as they say that there are no delivery boys and its rain...rain was there but i dont find that it was too much far as not to deliver the parcel also the rain has stopped by 1 pm ..and i had to ask them very strong and the reply i got was i[censored] want we can deliver it by 8pm..so this is the response they give to a customer ...this is the first time i hav ever been sent a parcel thru ST courier and this has turned out to be of very disappointing and worryful...i also have made sure of myself that this will be the first and last time i will be using the honourable service ...such an unexpected response...hope will rectify my compliant and also do the needful to correct the faults if any

ST courier service,bangalore — undelivered consignment

One of my friend sent a courier to me on 26th,July 2011 from Chennai to Bangalore, but i didn't received it yet. Whenever i called to the courier service office they told that we will deliver it within 10-15 min.
I had called more then 5 times to them, sometimes they are not picking the phone also.

Please help me to get my courier and also take necessary action against them.

S.T. Courier Services — Undelivered sent item

I have send a courier through ST courier service on 17 Aug 2011 from Vellore to Kattappana in Kerala. I have made calls to the Vellore ST courier office several times and I was not given a proper response. They promised me that they will give the information immediately but never turned back. Now it is almost two and a half months and my item is not yet delivered and not given any intimation about that.

Sir, I am Bharathi from Arani. Tiruvannamalai Dist.
I posted a cover to Namakkal from Arni Branch on 25.06.2012. The cover has not been delivered until 29.06.2012. After registering a complaint a ST Courier Office, Arni Branch. They gave me a false detail receiving from Namakkal branch that the door has been locked. When I enquired the Receiver it is not true actually. And this is the third attempt of ST courier, Namakkal branch o[censored]ndlelivering and giving false complaints. If this continues what will be our view over the courier service. So please take necessary action over the NAMAKKAL BRANCH. and try to give prompt service in future.
