Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card — HRASSMENTS WITHOUT ANY USING OF CREDIT CARD

I have a credit card for STANDARD CHARTED BANK CREDIT CARD. I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED FOR THE SAME. AT THE TIME OF ISSUE BANK ASSURE ME THAT CARD IS LIFETIME FREE CARD AND NO ANNUAL FEE. AS PER STANDARD CHARTED BANK, THERE WILL BE NO SERCHARGE AT ANY PERTOL PUMP. I HAVE TO STOP SHOPPING ON THAT CARD DUE TO CHARGING OF SERCHARGE ON CARD. BUT AFTER FEW MONTHS SUDDENY I RECEIVED A BILL FOR APPROX. 1200.00 WHICH WAS STATING RS. 899.00 + PENALITIES FOR LATE PAYMENT. WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT ON STANDARD CHARTED BANK, NO BODY ATTEND MY PHONE AFTER HALF AN HOUR AND I FORCELY DISCONNECT THE PHONE DUE TO SOME IMPORTANT CALLS IN MY MOBILE PHONE. THEN I CAMPLAIN THROUGH MAIL, THE BELOW REPLY WAS FROM THE BANK

I DEPOSITED THE AMOUNT OF RS. 1500.00 DUE TO SAVE MY CIBIL RECORD ON SAME DAY. BUT ON 19.03.2013, I RECEIVED A COMPUTERISED CALL FOR NON PAYMENT. WHEN I CHECK MY BILL IT WAS 190.00. PLEASE CONFIRM CUSTOMER IS FOOL IF THEY ARE PAYING AS PER UNNECCESSORY BILL PAYMENT. BANK RESPONE IS ZERO. AFTER SEEING SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE I DESTROYED THE CARD.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY REFUND MY RS. 1690.00 (RS. 190.00 IS PAYING TODAY) WHICH WAS PAID DUE TO FRAUD OF BANK AND PENALIZE THE BANK FOR THE SAME TO AVOID SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE WILL BE HAPPENS TO ANYONE.
