Standard Chartered Bank — False Statement Against Personal Loan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was applied personal loan on SCB bank Rajaji Salai last week (i have my savings account and owe credit-card on SCB). After submitting documents for address proof, i have received cibil confirmation call and house verification. On 12th July 2013 i have got a call confirmation for the loan 2.93 lacks and they want me to provide 5 cheque leaves and one pan card Xerox and the guy spoken with me says once the cheque leaves collected 24 hours the loan amount will be delivers to my account. I asked them to come and collect that by 2 pm on same day. But the document collection representative come 2 hours earlier (by 12 pm). I requested him to come by 2pm. after that i don't know what happens no one calls me i just wait until 6pm nobody comes to collect that document.

Saturday no response, Sunday no response. Monday no response.....

Finally Monday afternoon I called them, asked about the loan status. And they said that loan is holed by the credit team and reported the reason "1. I have already one hand loan, 2. Above 16 k commitment" based on credit teams confirmation call with ME. The problem is No one calls me, i have not reported to anyone about that. I believe that there should be a naming confusions that should be resolved.

There is somebody gave the false statement against the loan process. Also there is no proper response and nobody give me a clear picture about this issue. This is really disappoint me and stop looting your one of the most loyal customer.
