Standard Chartered Bank — Sales representatives Waste time of People | |
Hi,
I would like to express my displeasure on the functioning of your employees. First of all i get a call from your tele marketer saying that Standard Chartered bank has shortlisted your number for the credit card after checking your CIBIL score which is excellent, we have done complete research on your profile and just need few documents to hand over the card to you. And now when i handover the documents, there is no response from your end and even the tele marketer inspite of being present in the office; communicates it from others that he is on leave and that too after speaking to me in the morning, the same day.
I do not know how you set targets for your sales representatives, as if only collecting applications being your motto then there is something wrong in your system
I learnt today after calling your customer care that my application has been declined. I simply do not understand your criteria of functioning. For your information, i got my HDFC Credit card just a few days back and i am pretty happy with their functioning. I would always recommend their name to my relatives and friends in future.
The issue here is not that you have declined my application but with the way you function. Why guarantee customers about getting the card when it's your first cold call to them? Why waste time of people in collecting documents etc?
I would request you to let me know the exact reason why application was rejected and moreover i need the documents back. I provided my registered rent agreement, salary slip (over 9 lakhs per annum), bank statement, passport copy & PAN card copy but still my application gets rejected even after getting physical verification done at home and office.
Moreover i have never had any credit card related issue nor any issue with loan (had an education loan which need ed to be repaid in 7 years and i did that in 4 years) and neither any cheques have bounced.
Additionally i would never like to hear back from you regarding any promotional items etc etc etc.
