Standard Chartered Bank — Unnecessary charge
Am having a credit card of Standard chartered bank from last 1 year, but now in this month they charged unnecessary amount of 2800/- Rs. which is completely unjustified. after complaining to their customer care and sending mails, they refused to do anything they just replied that this is bank policy. only for 1 day delay payment they charged me Rs. 2238/- as late fee and interest part but when we asked for giving us calculation of evaluate this amount they refused to give so even they are not taking our complaint against this, they clearly said this is not our mistake if you have any problem then do cancellation request and throw this card. apart from this one another sudden behavior from bank is they charged Rs. 562/- as over limit charge but who asked to accept over limit, when i asked to customer care that what is the meaning of limit then they said this is bank policy we are unable to say anything and they are not taking our complaint. my question is only this that if you charged me such amount then i have an full right to check that how and why you charged such amount and what is the meaning of limit which i request you to make it lesser as much as lesser possible. I do agree that this complaint is of very smaller amount, my complaint is only against the behavior of bank and harassment way they are doing with their customers. kindly look this matter and sort out the same because now the bank making their own monopoly against customer if it will be same as then who will trust to indian court.
