Standard Chartered Credit Card — False commitment and rude to the customer | |
Please provide as much iDear Sir, My Name is Mohan Nainani, I have a Standard Chartered Credit card. I would like to inform you that the services of standard chartered is pathetic. The customer Care officer are least bother about the customers, As if they are doing a favor by serving the information to the customer. I am using the Standard Chartered credit card from last five years. From past one year i have stop receiving the credit card statement, I had asked for the reversal of the late payment fees, after the confirmation from the sales officer, i made the complete amount of payment, but my late payment as not been reversed. and later when i call the customer care for the confirmation, she was very rude to me. She was talking to me as if she is my boss. After all this experience, i would never recommend anyone for standard chartered.
