Standard Chartered — No cash back

My Name is Saurabh Purwar. Credit Card was issued to me by Standard Chartered Bank in Sep 12. I was told by representative of the bank Ms. XX from Delhi Office that I will get the 5% cash back discount on my Any Bill & also waive off all last bill already dedicated max transaction of 500 Rs. However, when I received my monthly statement I was surprised to see that no cash back was given on my bill. After that I have called to customer care. The lady there told me that no cash back will be possible for your card. Because of transaction limit is increase 750 Rs.

Bank is not fulfilling its promises and it is a clear case of cheating and fraud. I need the help regarding this.
