[Resolved]  Standardchartered Bank — Online Banking Account Details are not reflected

Hi Team,

My name is Manickkavel Chinnadurai. I am holding a an aasan account with Standardchartered Bank. About 5days account suddenly in my online account I was not able to see my account details but can see my loan account details.

I immediately called Customer Care of StandardChartered Bank, They said to try next day morning, As they suggested I checked the next day morning it did not work. Then again i contacted CustomerCare again, they have asked for 24hrs time. After 24 hours i called again and they again asked for 24 hours...... it kept going on like this for 3 days. Finally they said that some kind back groud work ig going on with in the bank and finally they Updated me saying that i will be fixed only after 1.5 months.

Not sure..............which customer will wait for 1.5 months.....................???

Also, I am currently living in Qatar, My debit card is not working and I cannot do online transactions as well..............I am struggling to do money transactions...............

Any suggestions.....Any help available..............
