[Resolved]  State Bank Of Hyderabad — query regarding the deduction of cash from ATM

Iam.Dr.R.Sai kiran, from Hyderabad, a SBH customer of Sultan bazar branch was drawing a cash of Rs 5000/-from Andhra bank
Vijayanagar colony on 15th september when the transaction was not processed temporarily and I did not receive any money .Unfortunately I did not get the transaction slip and when I checked the balance the money was deducted.The guard over there says there is no receipt facility for this machine .

I rushed to SBH Sultanbazar. The manager ther said me to consult the bank to which the ATM is attached.The Andhra bank manager said its an outsourced ATM and the bank has no conneaction with it.

From then Iam moving between these two banks but in vain. no one knows correct procedure.The SBH manager went to the extent of saying that lose the hope of getting the money back.

Could you please help me to solve this problem?If I have to complaint against the attitude of the managers, I should complaint to whom?

I bring to your kind notice that, I went to S.B.I. ATM Centre, Habsiguda, Hyderabad on 26.10.2008 at about 8.00 PM to withdraw an amount of Rs. 4, 000/- (Rupees Four thousand only) through my SBH Debit Card No.[protected] reference 1st cited. To my surprise on the screen stating that “Your transaction is under process”. But I could not withdraw amount and no bank slip was received from the ATM System also.

Further, on the same day I went to ICICI ATM Centre at Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad at about 8.30 PM on 26.10.2008 to withdraw an amount of Rs. 4000/- through my SBH Debit Card, in that ATM Centre also I have faced the same problem stating the same reason. Therefore, I Could not get amount and slip also.

Again I went to SBH ATM Centre on 29.10.2008 at Ramanthapur to take mini statement. I found that wrongly debited an amount of Rs. 4, 020/- on 26.10.2008.

In this connection, I humbly request you sir, please verify the accounts and credit the amount of Rs. 4, 020/- to my account.

Can we deposit amount into sbh saving account when we are not having the account in the bank where we are depositing ( i have account in other branch of sbh)

I am customer of state bank of hydrabad my a/c. no is [protected].AT Majalgaon dist. Beed on date 22/1/2012 i had withdraw 7000/-rs. from HDFC bank atm at grant road mumbai (atm no.138)time 14:51pm.but transaction was failed and 7000/-rs deducted from my a/c.and also not receive receipt by atm machine .. so i request you refund my amount. i complent at home branch at majalgaon and complent no. is.AT[protected].. but upto i am not get the money back please check my detail and replay as soon as possible.
