sir, On the ninth of august 2011, i have attempted to withdraw a sum of rupees three thousand from a SBH ATM at civil courts branch ,vijayawada .i have attempted twice with trhe same amount of rupees three thousand, but i did not receive any cash.i got a receipt stating that the transaction is failed.But the amount of rupees six thousand waas debited from my account.
