SBI Credit Card — getting bills for Cancelled card

Dear Sir,

I had a credit card numbered:[protected], on my name in the year of 2005, which was expired and due that expiry I had sent a letter for cancellation of card, due to my retirement from Job and also called your customer care for cancellation. Still I was sent a new card and I had not received the card and declined. In 2006 I got a annual charges bill, I had sent another letter of cancellation and called the customer care again for the cancellation. This year again I have received a bill of Rs.561.80/- as the annual fee charges, I do not have a card since 2 years and I have sent 2 letters of cancellation and 2 times I have informed your customer care to cancell my card. This is actually a pain for customers to repeatedly do the same excersise again and again. Please help me in closing this issue.

I am also trying to reach your customer care at[protected], but I am not able to access as the card number as on the bill is not being accepted by your IVR, so is my date of birth is being declined as right information.

Credit Card — not received the card

I received a message on 4 of february 2008 at 2:00 pm that my credit card has been dispatched through courier expressit and will be received by me within 72 hours .Kindly let me know contact number or address of local courier at chandigarh so that i may contact them for delay in delivery.

Credit Card — bills not received

My SBI credit card no.is [protected].

I have not received any bill for this card.
this has resulted in unnecessary late payment & interest charges.
Your helpline no. is always busy.
I have made a payment of Rs1500/- thru your executive.

Please send the bill so that I can settle the whole payment.
Also, you are requested to waive off the late payment.
I am frustrated with the no. of calls I am receiving every now & then from your collection department.

Kindly, do it ASAP or else cancel my card & collect your final payment.

Credit Card — not received any statement regarding due of payment

Sir,

I have received SMS on 10/04/09 stating that Rs 655.51 is due to icici bank credit 4xxxooo9 and should be pay with in 15/04/09. so for not received any statementand idont know what pupose bill is generated.Also my credit card number is not the number indicate in the SMS.kindly send the statement first then ask for payment and due date otherwise contact over phone [protected] over any queries.give justice and transparent in dealing.

SBI Credit Card — Getting billed for Cancelled card

I m Sunil Roy. My card no.is [protected].
I have got my credit card canceled with the help of the local agent who helped me getting the card..
But yet some bills of the credit card are coming to me...
I m worried about the situation...
please help me...

SBI Credit Card — use no any credit but give a statement

Hello sir,
i am Hiren Vekariya .My father take one credit card .But not use any credit and there is billing due amount is 11660Rs.and we called them after one months of credit card.and they tell us for settelment of 300Rs.and now billing ammount is 11, 660Rs.and one man come to our home for Recovery.What should we do???.

Corporate Card — Amount paid statement not received

We have paid thro Ch.no.824554 Dt.11 April 09 of Axis Bank cheque for Rs.603 towards full settlement of amount used thro Carporate Credit Card no.[protected].
Still we are receiving SMS messages for non payment.

i have sbi caredit card and i used for 8 months i have paid every monthly amount. in the care mentioned that initial name A. instead of N.

how would i paid the monthly amount. pleae reply

SBI Credit Card — CARD NOT RECEIVED BUT BILL IS COMING

I have applied sbi credit card in the month of may'06. I did not received the card till August06.Later i changed my job location and my neighbour informed me that my card came and went back through courrier.
In between some of the insurance people called me for SBI credit card insurance and i have not accepted that one.

Till now i did not received my card but they are generating the bills for undelivered credit card in the name of insurane.I wrote many mails to sbi cards but there is no response.

Is it right to generate bills for undelivered SBI Credit Card?

State Bank of India — Complaint for not receiving the full statement

Dear Sir,

With reference to above I Mr Tapan Kanti Sengupta the retired Officer Of State Bank Of India like to inform you that few days ago I have received a monthly statement of SBI credit card but I want the full Statement regarding my expenses through SBI credit card.

So, Kindly sending the full statement in my E-mail ID as soon as possible.
