STATUS OF AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF MY CREDIT CARD APPLICATION AS I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE SAME, ONE MONTH BACK. TILL NOW I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY MY REFERENCE NUMBER. I CAN SAY THIS BANK IS DOING REALLY LATE TO COME ACROSS.

I have applied for on line trading a/c (sb) with your branch, 4 months bank but till date I have not rceived demat account number from your Nagpur Branch. my customer ID 048051860 SB acct no. 048010100432726 is giving for further needful. Since two days I am trying to contact on Nagpur No. 0712-6621800/6621801 and the same was not lifting anybody. Kind instruct the concerned to contact on my husband mobile no.09422810548 immediately otherwise I will close the saving bank account and refund my money of Rs. 1500/- which was given at the time of application for on line trading.

I have given an amount of Rs. 400/- for opening of online demat account vide Receipt No. 050 dt. 6.2.08 with Axis Bank, Civil Lines, Nagpur. Till date I have not receivded Demat account number from your Nagpur Civil Lines Branch. I have requested several times of your representatives but they did not reply properly and have not taken any action. Axis Bank representative visited my office AVA/BBA L-6 Kalka Ji New Delhi 110019 sometimes two and half months back. He motivated me and took my application for credit card.

I am still awaiting the progress. Would like to know the status of my card. As an account holder I have the right to know the progress whther my application has been processed.
If so what is the progress?
When can I receive the credit card?

Secondly I am not at all receiving sms on my mobile number( 9811418201) the detail of transactio0ns of my account. Please do the needful and let me know.
