[Resolved]  Steria India Limited — Refund not received yet

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have not received my income tax refund for last two years i.e[protected] and[protected]. I have visited their office at Sector 20 at least 2 to 3 times, but I have just received excuses.I was asked to leave the copies of my ITRs along with the mobile number and they advised that they would get back back to me, thats it.

All my friends in Delhi have received the refund cheques. So why the process has been so slow in Noida.

Please advise me what to do.
