PAN ACTIVATION
Dear Sir,
My name is Rajni Bala. I had applied to surrender my old PAN card (AEZPG5549K) due to having wrong name updated on it and activating new PAN card (AFQPR9621D) on July 19, 2013 (Acknowledgement No: [protected]). As a proof, I had submitted the bank statement from HDFC Bank along with my application document. However, it has been 2 months since I had applied for the same but still the status of my application at the TIN portal...

Refund not received yet
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have not received my income tax refund for last two years i.e[protected] and[protected]. I have visited their office at Sector 20 at least 2 to 3 times, but I have just received excuses.I was asked to leave the copies of my ITRs along with the mobile number and they advised that they would get back back to me, thats it.
All my friends in Delhi have received the refund cheques. So why the process...
