Student — about transaction of money

good morning sir
I am praveen kumar ginjupalli
on[protected] I tried to withdraw money from my account through atm card at hyderabad balkampet branch while the transaction is going on machine has switched off i did not got the money out but balance has been deducted 4m my account i got white slip nothing has printed on it as soon as this happened i called toll free number they said that money will be regained into your account within 24 hours but still now i did not got the balance so take the necessary action
