[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Service and Toll free no

Dear Friends


Dear Friends recently i have taken Sun Direct DTH connect and when i purchage SetUP Box it is very very easy if you have money with you after purchasing it will start real story

step 1:we cannot except when installation people come home so we have to sit at home even they never tell at what time or date .

step 2;when you purchasing Setup box at dealer it should not be ur's name at that time it is already someone name so he don't tell you just he sell that .

step 3 : But anyhow installation will complete so if any problem comes when you call to call center they will ask you Scrach Card No and Setup box no so those will match but ur name will not match

step 4 : But the toll free no always Busy [protected] so keep on trying i connot tell when it will connect that's depend on your Lcuk and fate .

i think all DTH companies same problem so better take a local dish connection bec whenever get problem we can call to him directly

Yes, I got the connection on 24 Dec 2008. I cancelle the Tata Sky connection and purchase the Sun Direct. after the installation it will take 2 days for getting pictures. after 2 weeks, there is no response from the set up box. I have called the dealer, customer care number, helpline for 3 days to change the set up box. They changed the box after 3 days. Now, i am trying to recharge my account from 23.05.2009 onwards, and i couldnt get any number to recharge my account. all lines are busy. I dont know what to do? hw can i recharge my account and reactivate my account?

I connected with Sun Direct since 10 Jan'09...but I really say that I haven't seen such a worst customer care service & DTH provider.Firstly we never gets connected to [protected].Sometime it says that 'No.not exist & sometime it shows busy'.Another thing, if luckily you gets connected to the CC their executives always tell the different passwords for your autoscan feature of Sun Direct.
sir yesterday i recharge 25 rupees pack by online but till now the channel didn't working
I have subscribed Z-Telugu channel on[protected], till now it has not activated, the customer care service is poor and pathetic, I have tried many times and there was no response, finally I got response from Harshad on 19th March ‘2010, he has assured me that the services will be provided within 2 hours, I am sorry to tell you that entire world has completed 2 days but I don’t know when the 2 hours will be completed for SUN direct.
I am very much unhappy with the kind of service you provided. Please assure that you attend the issue and resolve it immediately.
I want to know where the Sun direct office/Manager is so that I can throw the Set top box on their face. Its pathetic and I would recommend to NOT TAKE SUN DIRECT CONNECTION.

always disruption in signal, customer care is always busy, very poor service.I purchased this dth seeing advertisement, now i feel cheeted.

sir currently to change satellite and adjust dth disc to inform our sun direct dth. they are adjustment charges free to our add but dealer ( Bright electronics ) collect the money. it's very bad.

I think SUN DIRECT is number one DTH Service Company where there is no service at all. Also they don’t bother about customer. Even their dealer and distributor has given a excellent training by SUN DIRECT to not to worry about customer problem and complaints.

In my area more than 30 people have changed their connection due to bad service from SUN DIRECT, to the other brand service providers.

Any one tell us that any other names in Worst service list?
We had purchased a Sun Direct connectin in Hyd. Things were fine there. Then i moved to Delhi on a job change. Since then the service has been erratic. They changed some satellite and since then most of the channels are not connected For eg - Malayalam channels - Asianet, Asianet plus, India vision, Amrita etc. The whole purpose of taking the DTH was to enjoy these channels from the south and i thought a DTH service provider based in South India would do better justice to a Southerner's taste. I could not have been more wrong.

THe customer care guys are least helpful. The guys sitting at the Satellite change service say "Aap ka kaam jaldi se jaldi ho jayega". They wont give you a deadline or a date by which things would be fixed. My "jaldi se Jaldi" is now running into almost one month.

Now I have gone back to my local cable TV provider. The Clarity is not H D but what is the use of H D when service itself is not available???

we are nt receiving any channel from sundirect becoz of satelite direction.We are facing this issue almost 45 days.already we compliant to so many times no one responding.My Complaint number is sun100196.

I connected with Sun Direct since 30 Dec'09 and from Hyderabad.. But I really want to tell you that I haven't seen such a pathetic or you may call such a useless customer care service and DTH provider. First and fore moth we never gets the toll free number [protected].Sometime it says that 'Not exist & sometime it will give you busy'. If you contacts on[protected]luckily you gets connected) the Customer Care executives (Kranti, Pradeep, Pravallika, Madhav, Renuka) are very well trained that any activation problem they will solve within 48 hours (as per SUN Direct TAT).. which never comes to an end / solution...also they will hold you on line on average of 8 minutes and every time (how many times you call..) they will ask your address to send their technician. If you says that you already provided to the earlier spoken executive, they will give a reply to you coolly that "it's not updated in our system"...After updating the address "now your address got entered in our system' our technician will come to your place (as I stated earlier, there is no time frame at all)...Finally the certified technician will not at all come to your place at all. In case if you asks about your compliant number status and wants to talk to the floor Team Leaders / Asst. Manager / Manager, the well trained executives will reply you that " The compliant was forwarded to the concerned department and all TL's (Prakash), AM's and M's (Raghu Ram) were gone for lunch (around 2.15 PM on 24.2.2011) you need to call the call center again and again and again to talk to them. Thanks to the Sun Direct Team for training and educating the people on "How The Bad Customer Care Unit Works…"

We have a sun direct DTH HD connection since last 10 months, Due to satelite problem from company initially we are not able to watch all channel for more than three month, but company genuine problem we granted. But when we face hardware problem in set up box we contact regional office and after several attend they change set box (old one).All set up box have a unique ID number they deliver set up box but not inform software person to link my account to set up box, in spite of I received set up box I am not able to see channel.
I complain customer care on 16 (Ref:1-[protected]) they told me your complain resolve within 12 hours, but no result, on 17 th(Ref:1-[protected]) I connect costumer care they told me I forward your complain to concern department Is solve within 24 hours. After finish 24 hrs I contact on 18th they promise me next 24 hours complain will be solve. To-day I contact customer care they told me we already forward complain you wait.
Above problem I connect Mr. Raman (Hardware engineer)Mr.Bhavesh techitian, Mr Devang Software engineer in Ahmadabad
We paid Rs.7000.00 for DTH connection and 30/-per day we loosing and lot of expense of phone call, visit office several time
You are requested to help us and send query to concern department also put our complain in to your portal so other customer think twice to take sun DTH

SUN DTH IS THE WORST DTH SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY DON'T BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES. I HAVE RECHARGED MY SUN DTH WITH RS 220, BUT ISTILL IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER 30 MINUTES. WHEN I WANTED TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE, I GOT A MESSAGE THAT I ENTERED AN INVALID SMART CARD NUMBER. AFTER LOT OF STRUGGLE, I CONTACED THE CC EXECUTIVE BY ENETERING AN OPTION THAT I AM A NEW CUSTOMER, THEN ONLY I COULD GET THEM, AND I COMPLAINED ABOUT ALL THESE THINGS AND EXPRESSED MY UNHAPPINESS. I TOLD HIM THAT IF SERVICES ARE THIS POOR, I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION TO ANOTHER DTH, THEN THE CC EXECUTIVE TOLD THAT IT IS YOUR WISH. THE CC EXECUTIVES ARE VERY ARROGANT AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS AND SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS. SUN DTH IS THE WORST DTH. PLEASE DON'T GO FOR IT.
